Q
&
A with Harvey Jordan
How long did your project take to create, from conception to final completion?
About one year.
Where did your inspiration come from?
I have always questioned the afterlife. What is there, or not there. My film has at least one answer.
Is the Horror/Sci-Fi genre your primary creative interest?
It is one of them. I enjoy period pieces.
Can you describe a typical day in the process of creating your film?
Sitting at my local Starbucks and letting the coffee speak for me.
Who do you consider to be the greatest horror writer?
Stephen King.
Can you recall the first horror film that left a lasting impression on you?
"The Blob"
Who do you consider to be the greatest 'Master of Horror'?
Vincent Price
How many participants comprised your crew?
About five.
How many castmembers?
Only three.
How did you find your cast?
Actor friends that I knew.
Did you re-edit your film after the first cut?
Yes, it was edited a few times until I was satisfied.
Did you shoot on film or with digital cameras?
I shot on a Digital Panasonic.
If you could choose any famous actors to work with on future projects, who would they be?
Johnny Depp. I would like to cast him in a remake of the psychological film "The Swimmer" (originally starring Burt Lancaster).
