'Lady Demon'
Lady Demon was the hellspawned transformation of Lady Death, entirely given over to her diabolical nature. In time, Lady Death returned to her true form, but Lady Demon was incarnated as a separate intity by the will of Lucifer as his creation, slave and consort.
